Talent Path - Solutions

At the invitation of Talent Path’s CTO, I joined the Talent Path solutions team. Our team of engineers works alongside internal stakeholders and sales team members to define, scope and engineer solution MVPs and longer-term solutions. I integrate Talent Path Consultants (Work Ready Students) into the development ‘sprints’ based on their skill sets and availability. I am also responsible for maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships with stakeholders and clients as we learn their challenges and implement updates according to those needs. 

Served as project lead and architect for a six-team internal Hack<A>Thon during October 2021.

Our goal was to create functioning software and solutions by the end of the event. Selecting  Team Leads and Membership, I created and organized the challenges for each team and provided technical and development support for tools and resources required for each team to be successful. This particular Hack<A>Thon was exciting and challenging due to the participant's skills and background being in data analytics, rather than coding disciplines. The Executive Leadership Team was pleasantly surprised by the outcomes and work product created by the project teams.
